This valve consistsof a main valve and a two-way solenoid valvethat alternatelyapplies pressure to or relievespressure from the diaphragm chamber ofthemain valve.It is furnished either normallyopen (energized solenoid to close)ornormally closed (energized solenoid to open).Industrial uses forthe solenoid control valveare many and include accurate control ofprocess waterforbatching,mixing,washing,blending or other on-off typeuses.

Liquid levelcontrol can be providedby usingafloat switch or electrode probe which sendsan electrical signal to open orclose the valveas needed.
