It is designed to maintain a constantpressure differentialbetweenany two pressure points ina system wheretheclosingof the valve directly causesthe differentialpressure to increase.Thevalve tends to open on an increase in differental pressureand closeon adecrease in differential pressure.Especially used in air condition system.In operation,the valve is actuated by line pressure through a pilot controlsystem sensingfom two points across which a differentalis to be maintained.Operation is completely automatic and pessure setings may be easilychanged.
